Resolute Property Solution is a professional real estate advisory firm established in 2018. We act as facilitators and advisors, connecting property buyers with developers and sellers.

3. “0% Brokerage” Policy

Our “0% Brokerage” policy is a core part of our commitment to transparency. 

• New Projects: We generally charge 0% brokerage to buyers for booking new residential or commercial projects (primary sales) where we are authorized channel partners for the developer. 

• Resale & Leasing: For secondary market transactions (resale) or specific consulting services outside the scope of primary sales, professional service charges may apply. Any such charges will be disclosed to you 100% transparently before you enter into any agreement. 

4. Property Information and Disclaimers

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Resolute Property Solution acts as an advisor and intermediary. We are not the developer or builder of the projects listed. 

1. Accuracy: Property details, prices, floor plans, and availability status are subject to change by the respective developers or owners without prior notice. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of such third-party data. 

1. RERA Compliance: We are a RERA-registered agent. However, we strongly advise all clients to independently verify the RERA registration details of any specific project before making a financial commitment. 

1. Visual Representation: Images, artistic renderings, and photos of interiors/exteriors on the website are for satisfying the intent of visualization only and may not represent the actual final deliverables. 

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resolute Property Solution shall not be liable for: 

• Construction delays, quality issues, or title disputes related to third-party projects. 

• Financial losses arising from investment decisions made based on market analysis (market conditions are subject to fluctuation). 

• Any errors or omissions in the information provided by third-party developers. 

Our role is strictly advisory. The final contract for the purchase of a property is exclusively between the Buyer and the Developer/Seller.

By using our services, you agree to: 

• Provide accurate and genuine contact information (Name, Phone, Email) for inquiries. 

• Use the website and our services for lawful purposes only. 

• Not attempt to copy, distribute, or misuse our brand assets, listings, or content.
